Account Data
When you register: name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never in plain text).
Usage & License Data
Session activity, license heartbeat data (one-way hash of hardware ID and binary hash for device enforcement), and build requests. No source code or project content is ever collected or transmitted to our servers.
Payment Data
Billing is processed by Stripe. We store only a billing reference code — no card numbers, bank details, or financial data are retained on our servers.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, and page visit timestamps — used solely for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver your license, authentication, and downloads
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for security monitoring and fraud prevention

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional analytics and marketing communications (where applicable)
5. Third-Party Data Processors
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Stripe Inc. processes payment transactions. Data is transferred to the USA under Stripe's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts
Our website uses fonts loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC (USA) as part of a standard HTTP request. This constitutes a transfer of personal data to a third country. Google operates under SCCs and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until you request account deletion
- Session & heartbeat logs: 90 days
- Billing records: 10 years (Italian fiscal law, D.P.R. 633/72)
- Support emails: 2 years
7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing schematicpro.app or downloading the schematicPRO software agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carnio Stefano ("schematicPRO", "we", "us").
2. Description of Service
schematicPRO is a software tool that indexes local codebases and exposes them to AI assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code) via the MCP protocol. The service includes:
- The schematicPRO desktop agent (downloadable binary, built on demand per user)
- The schematicpro.app web dashboard for license management
- REST and MCP API access for AI tool integrations
- On-demand binary builds tied to your license
3. License Tiers & Restrictions
Trial
Free limited-time access (14 days) to evaluate the software. One project allowed. No payment required.
Single
Licensed for use on one project at a time, by one registered user, on one device at a time.
Single + AI
All Single benefits plus access to the Worker AI worker feature for automated code enrichment.
Multi
Licensed for use on unlimited projects, by one registered user, on one device at a time.
Multi + AI
All Multi benefits plus Worker AI worker access.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers — EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual not acting for professional or business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
By requesting immediate access to the schematicPRO download after purchase (i.e. clicking "Download" before the 14-day period expires), you expressly acknowledge that you have requested the immediate performance of the service and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with Art. 59(1)(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented by D.Lgs. 21/2014 (Art. 59 Codice del Consumo).
If you do not download the software within 14 days of purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing hello@schematicpro.app with subject "WITHDRAWAL — [your order reference]". Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Business customers (B2B) do not have the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation
Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions, renewed automatically unless cancelled. Payment is processed via Stripe. The renewal charge is applied to the payment method on file at the price displayed at time of purchase.
How to cancel auto-renewal
- Log in to schematicpro.app
- Go to Dashboard → Plan → Cancel auto-renewal
- Or email hello@schematicpro.app at least 7 days before the renewal date
Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the current period ends. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, unless required by applicable consumer law.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the binary
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the software or your license
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Attempting to circumvent license enforcement or device binding mechanisms
- Automated scraping or flooding of our APIs beyond normal usage
- Sharing your account credentials, binary, or device token with third parties
7. Intellectual Property
All source code, binaries, documentation, and branding of schematicpro.app are the exclusive property of Carnio Stefano. No license to our intellectual property is granted beyond the right to use the service as described herein.
Your own source code indexed by the agent remains your property at all times. It is not transmitted, stored, or analyzed on our servers.
The schematicPRO agent incorporates open source components. Their licenses are listed in the tab.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party AI tools or integrations
- Service interruptions due to force majeure, infrastructure failures, or third-party dependencies
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud — as required by mandatory applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Business customers (B2B)
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso, Italy.
Consumer customers (B2C)
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country where you are habitually resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Jurisdiction for consumer disputes follows the mandatory rules of EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), which may give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We primarily use localStorage (a browser storage mechanism) rather than traditional HTTP cookies — this means your data stays on your device and is not automatically sent with every request.

3. Third-Party Services
Google Fonts
Our website loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. This causes your browser to connect to Google's servers in the USA, transmitting your IP address. Google may log this request. This is covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google Privacy Policy.
Stripe
Payment pages use Stripe, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These cookies are only active on checkout pages. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. How to Manage or Delete Storage
Since we use localStorage (not traditional cookies), your browser's cookie settings may not fully apply. To clear all stored data:
- Chrome / Edge: F12 → Application → Local Storage → schematicpro.app → right-click → Delete
- Firefox: F12 → Storage → Local Storage → schematicpro.app → Delete All
- Safari: Develop → Show Web Inspector → Storage → Local Storage → schematicpro.app
Clearing local storage will log you out of your account. Session cookies (clx_sid) are deleted automatically when you close the browser.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
